Hi, I’m Carol — founder of True Core Studio, where Pilates is more than movement; it’s a journey toward strength, balance, and resilience from the inside out. My path to Pilates began through my own search for a more joint-friendly, mindful way to move. Coming from a healthcare background, I understand how bodies heal, adapt, and thrive when guided with intention and care.
As a certified Pilates instructor, I bring a blend of precision, encouragement, and energy to every session. Whether you’re stepping onto the reformer for the first time or refining your athletic performance, my goal is to help you build confidence, stability, and lasting strength that supports you in everyday life.
At True Core, I teach contemporary Pilates with a focus on alignment, functional movement, and core integration. Every class is designed to meet you where you are — from foundational flows that restore mobility and body awareness to dynamic, full-body sessions that challenge endurance and power.
I love working with clients of all levels — from those just beginning their wellness journey to seasoned athletes looking to improve balance, mobility, and injury prevention. My approach blends classic Pilates principles with modern training techniques, emphasizing mindful movement, breath, and control.
